If you are seeking support for a child then I am happy to offer a free 15 minute chat to discuss this. However my current caseload is full and I will not be taking on new referrals until September 2026 at the earliest.
I am a play therapist working with children aged 4 to 12
By using therapeutic play and creative techniques I help children express themselves, work towards understanding their thoughts and emotions and begin to make sense of their life experiences. I provide mental health and trauma support in a safe and accepting environment where children are understood and given the freedom to explore and process their emotions and any difficulties they are facing.

Where to find HMC Play Therapy
I am a mobile therapist able to travel to your child’s school. This is where I conduct the majority of my sessions.
I can also provide sessions in an alternative private space if required.
